• 8/25/2008: Fraser Health Authority Performance Indicators 8/25/08 2:30-4:00 PM
  Mackie Room- Cascades Langley, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM

  Starting September 1 the FHA will be mandating quarterly reporting of Performance Indicators at all sites. In preparation, all sites must send a minimum of two people, who are familiar with the basics of BCAL, to attend a special Performance Indicator Training Session. The Session will teach:
  - What Performance Indicators are and how to differentiate between them.
  - When and how to track Performance Indicators in BCAL.
  Learn about the new features in BCAL which will make it easy to track and report the necessary information for meeting the FHA's new reporting guidelines.
