Advisory Board Members - Carole Holmes
Carole Holmes,
President & CEO, inSite Housing, Hospitality & Health Services Inc.

Carole Holmes is the founding partner of inSite Housing, Hospitality & Health Services Inc which provides assisted living and residential care operations management, education and mentorship services throughout British Columbia. inSite began operations in 2003 and currently has nine projects in operation and an additional six scheduled to open by June 2008. inSite staff use BCAL for care and service planning at each project and corporate leaders use the product as a management tool to assist with project support and trouble shooting, planning and research.
Prior to forming inSite, Holmes was a successful health care planner and consultant with extensive executive management and project development experience in residential care, supportive/assisted living, mixed tenure retirement communities and health campus models. Holmes has been responsible for the development of service delivery models and clinical program descriptions for residential care, assisted living and mixed health campus operations.
