BCAL Advisory Board

Assembled in 2006, the BCAL Advisory Board was created to provide direction to BCAL Software Inc. as we continue to grow into Canada's premier assisted living software solution. Members of the Board volunteer their time and attend quarterly meetings to evaluate progress and plan for the next quarter. The panel conists of site operators, community managers, financial advisors and health care professionals.

Items on the Advisory Board's agenda include:

• Review the corporation’s mission, purpose and goals;
• Provide on going support and guidance for the President;
• Review the performance of the President and management;
• Ensure effective planning for the corporation;
• Evaluate the corporation’s programs and services;
• Enhance the corporation’s public image; and
• Assess the performance and effectiveness of the BCAL Advisory Board.

Carole Holmes is the founding partner of inSite Housing, Hospitality & Health Services Inc which provides assisted living and residential care operations management, education and mentorship services throughout British Columbia.
